美国高中数学教材评估标准的框架、立场与启示

摘要(Abstract):

教材评估标准作为教材研制、出版、发行以及选用的指导性文件,对保证教材质量、引导教材健康发展具有重要意义。美国教材评估标准分为国家层面和各州标准,美国国家层面的高中数学教材评估标准主要有《共同核心州立标准·高中数学出版商标准》、《教学材料评价工具·高中数学》、《高质量教学材料工具·高中数学》和《高中数学课程与单元规定》,这四个标准在不可妥协标准和一致性标准两个方面存在着共性,在价值取向上有较明显差异。但总体而言,这些标准呈现"教材评估的价值取向:从立场单一转变为立场平衡;发展趋势:从实体思维转向实践思维;评价主体:从封闭集中发展为开放普适"的特征。美国教材评估标准对完善我国教材评估体系具有一定的参考价值。
As a guiding document for the development,publication,distribution and selection of textbook,evaluation standards of textbook are of great significance for guaranteeing the quality of textbook and guiding the healthy development of textbook. American textbook evaluation criteria are divided into national level and state standards,the national level of high school mathematics textbook standards mainly include "High School Publishers' Criteria for the Common Core State Standards for Mathematics", "EdReports.org Quality Instructional Materials Tool:High School Mathematics", "Instructional Materials Evaluation Tool(IMET)for mathematics of high school",and "EQuIP Rubric for Lessons & Units:Mathematics". These four standards have commonality on uncompromising standards and consistency standards,have the obvious difference in the value orientation. But in general,these standards are characterized by the value orientation of textbook evaluation:from single position to position balance;development trend:from physical thinking to practical thinking;evaluation subject:from closed concentration to open universal. The evaluation standards of American textbooks have certain reference value for perfecting the evaluation system of Chinese textbooks.
