日本社会教育专职工作者培养的经验及启示
Experience and Reference of the Preparation of Japanese Social Education Supervisors

摘要(Abstract):

社会教育主事是日本社会教育实践活动的专职工作者,是日本社会教育和终身教育的主要人力支撑。日本社会教育专职工作者培养在理论与实践耦合共进、不断试错的过程中获得了有益经验。其培养目标适势重构,培训内容动态调整,选拔评价方式逐步多元,保障措施持续优化,为我国社区教育专职工作者培养提供诸多参考。我们可以理性借鉴,通过明确职业定位,拓展培训外向,增设准入标准,构建支援体系四个方面防止职责"万能论",提升学术的参与度,推动路径的合规化,寻求运行的生态圈,进而不断推进社区教育队伍的专业建设。
Social education supervisor is the main human resource support for the professional development of social education and lifelong education in Japan. Under the macro background of social transformation in Japan,it has been given new meaning. Its specialization construction has gone through several stages of enlightenment,growth,development and reform,showing the institutional value of continuous reconstruction of responsibility orientation,dynamic adjustment of training content,different access standards and development of safeguard system. We can learn from it rationally,by defining the career orientation,expanding the outward orientation of training,adding access standards,and building a support system in four aspects to prevent the "omnipotence theory" of responsibility,enhance the academic participation,promote the standardization of the path,and seek the operating ecosystem,so as to continuously promote the professional construction of the community education team.
