微认证在美国教师学习中的应用与推进策略

摘要(Abstract):

微认证是一种满足教师专业发展的新型认证模式,以其个性化、能力导向、工作嵌入性、高效与便于共享的特征,日益成为美国教师专业发展领域关注的焦点。作为美国教师专业发展的创新型模式,微认证从开发机构、学习内容设计、证据提交以及表现凭证的整个运作过程,有着丰富而具有探索性的实践,构建了政策支持、高校先行、社会协同和教师实践的联动机制,并通过提升教师信息素养,实现了微认证在教师学习中的落地,为满足教师个性化学习提供了一种解决途径。。
Micro-credential is a new type of certification model that meets the professional development of teachers. With its personalized,ability-oriented,work-embedded,efficient,and easy-to-share features,micro-credential has increasingly become the focus of teacher professional development in the United States. As an innovative model of professional development for teachers in the United States,micro-credential has rich and exploratory practices in the entire operation of development institutions,learning content design,evidence submission,and performance vouchers. In the process of promoting the application of micro-credential in teacher learning,the United States has established a linkage mechanism of policy support,university advancement,social collaboration and teacher practice,and by improving teacher information literacy,the practice of micro-credential in teacher personalized learning has been realized.
