日本国际理解教育的框架体系与未来课题

摘要(Abstract):

面对全球一体化的发展趋势,日本在1991年成立了国际理解教育学会,在民间组织和日本政府的共同努力之下,日本国际理解教育得以快速发展。日本国际理解教育学会在理论的层面上,厘清了国际理解教育的内涵和外延;在实践的层面上,围绕目标、学习领域、途径和方式、评价四个方面确定国际理解教育的框架体系。日本文部科学省在政策的层面上,从教育理念、学习目标、学习方法、评价方式四个方面提出日本国际理解教育未来将要面临的课题。
Faced with the development trend of globalization,Japan established the international understanding education association in 1991. On the theoretical level,the Japanese international understanding education institute clarifies the connotation and extension of international understanding education.On the practical level,the framework system of international understanding education should be determined from four aspects: goal,learning field,approach and way,and evaluation.At the policy level,the Ministry of Education,education,science and technology of Japan puts forward the future issues of international understanding education in Japan from four aspects: educational concept,learning objectives,learning methods and evaluation methods.
