产业导向:泰国国王科技大学研究生教育改革的经验与启示——以ChEPS项目为例
Industry-orientation:Experience and Enlightenment of Graduate Education Reform at King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi in Thailand——Taking the ChEPS Program as an Example

摘要(Abstract):

泰国高度重视研究生教育在人才培养方面的重要作用,不断扩大研究生教育规模。但研究生教育存在的问题也同样凸显,各高校采取不同措施予以克服。其中泰国国王科技大学将研究生教育发展航向锁定为"产业导向"。"产业导向"遵循如下理念:工作融合式学习、基于问题式学习、以学生为中心。作为"产业导向"研究生教育的实践探索,泰国国王科技大学的ChEPS项目特色明显,取得的成效主要体现在吸引力、学生就业情况、影响力、学生学习效果等方面。该项目运行依赖五个要素:发展定位、组织架构、准入资格、运行程序、保障措施。当然,ChEPS项目的发展也存在一些问题。"产业导向"研究生教育模式的成功实施不仅需要资源投入,更需要良好的体制与机制建设。
Thailand attaches great importance to the important role of graduate education in the cultivation of talents and continuously expands the scale of graduate education.However,the problems in graduate education are very prominent,and universities have adopted different measures to overcome them. King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi has locked the development of postgraduate education into an "industry-oriented". "Industry-orientation" follows the following concepts:work-integrated learning,problembased learning,and student-centered value. As a practical exploration of "industry-oriented" graduate education,the ChEPS program at King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi not only has some distinct features,but also has some achieved remarkable results,which mainly reflected in four aspects:high enrollment,student employment,influence,and student learning effectiveness. The implementation of the ChEPS program relies on five elements:development orientation,organizational structure,access qualification,operational procedures and safeguards. Of course,there are some practical problems in the development of the ChEPS project. It is worth mentioning that the successful implementation of the "industry-oriented" graduate education model requires not only the resource investment but also the construction of a good institutional mechanism.
