大学社会声誉的学理考察:国外研究进展及启示

摘要(Abstract):

大学社会声誉是一个极具理论价值和现实意义的研究课题。基于文献综述可知,大学社会声誉的评价、效应、形成及其影响因素是该领域的中心议题。近年来,从利益相关者互动、品牌传播学、组织行为学等视角展开的过程研究取得了许多创新性成果。国外研究进展启示国内学术界亟需通过系统探索并结合本土情境,加强理论与实证研究,对大学社会声誉的形成机理展开深入分析。
University social reputation is a research topic of great theoretical and practical significance. This paper systematically reviews foreign academic literature on university social reputation and reviews representative research results. Based on the literature review,the evaluation,effect,formation and influencing factors of university social reputation are the central issues in this field. In recent years,the process research from the perspectives of stakeholder mutual authentication,brand communication,and organizational behavior has also achieved many innovative results. The progress of foreign research have inspired domestic academic circles to systematically explore and integrate local contexts,strengthen theoretical and empirical research,and conduct an in-depth analysis of the formation mechanism of university social reputation.
