师生关系对学生学业成绩的影响——基于师生关系与学业成绩关系的实证研究综述

摘要(Abstract):

师生关系与学生学业成绩的关系一直受到国内外学者的广泛关注,总体来看,相较于国内,国际相关实证研究的研究内容更为丰富,研究方法更为成熟。通过对2000-2018年间国际上公开发表的76篇相关实证研究文献的梳理,可以发现:师生关系与学业成绩的关系较复杂,且两者的关系受学生性别、年龄等因素调节。此外,师生关系也会通过学生投入、自我效能感等中介变量影响成绩。国际师生关系与学业成绩关系的实证研究启示我们,国内相关实证研究亟需开展纵向研究,并拓宽研究视角。
The association between teacher-student relationship and students' academic achievement has been widely concerned by scholars at home and abroad. On the whole,compared with Chinese researches,international empirical researches are more abundant in content and more mature in research methods. Based upon 76 relevant empirical researches published internationally in 2000-2018,it is indicated that:the association between the teacher-student relationship and the students' academic achievement is complex. The effect of the teacher-student relationship on students' academic achievement not only can be moderated by gender,age,etc.,but also can be mediated by student engagement and self-efficacy,etc. The international empirical research on the association between teacher-student relationship and academic achievement have inspired domestic empirical research to carry out longitudinal research and broaden the research perspective.
