西方实践型教师教育者专业自我建构及其影响因素
The Professional Self Construction and Its Influential Factors of the Western Teacher Educators Oriented to Practice

摘要(Abstract):

全球性教育改革和教师教育改革亟需建设专业的教师教育者队伍,以保证基础的教学质量和教师培养工作的质量。在教师教育实践取向的影响中,具有丰富教学经验的中小学教师转型成为大学教师教育者,当前似乎更受推崇。与我国大学教师教育者的职业路径不同,西方实践型教师教育者多数是由中小学教师转型成为大学教师教育者,而伴随着职业转型,他们经历了一个专业自我的转变过程。分析显示,"教学使命"是西方实践型教师教育者专业自我建构的根基,"教师的教师"是其专业自我建构的核心,而"研究者专业自我"则面临建构困境。实践型专业知能、绩效管理文化和专业交往是西方实践型教师教育者专业自我建构的重要影响因素。
Worldwide education reform and teacher education reform urgently need professional teacher educators,in order to ensure the quality of school teaching and the quality of teacher training. Under the influence of the orientation of school-based teacher education,university-based teacher educators with rich school teaching experience,seem to be more respected at present. Different from the career path of university-based teacher educators in China,most of the western practice-oriented teacher educators have transformed from primary and secondary school teachers to university teacher education,and they have experienced a process of professional self-transformation with the career transformation. This paper analyzes the unique process of professional self-construction of western practical teacher educators through literature review. The analysis shows that "teaching mission" is the foundation of western practical teacher educators' professional self-construction, "teacher's teacher" is the core of their professional self-construction,and "the construction of researcher's professional self" is faced with dilemma. Practical professional knowledge,performance management culture and professional communication are the important factors that influence the professional self-construction of western practical teacher educators. Finally,the paper discusses the enlightenment for the practice of teacher education reform in China.
