奥巴马政府时期的美国联邦教师教育政策探析
An Analysis of the Teacher Education Policies of the Federal Government During the Administration of President Obama

摘要(Abstract):

在奥巴马政府时期,教师教育作为教育改革的重要组成部分,始终将追求卓越的品质作为教师教育改革的重心。奥巴马任期内联邦政府的教师教育政策,主要推行了以提高教师质量为目标、以实践为导向、以创新为愿景、以教育技术为战略等方面的重要举措。其教师教育政策所呈现的特点是:全面提升教师教育的卓越品质;确立实践为中心的教师培养模式;加大STEM综合学科教学的创新力度;利用经济杠杆统筹教师教育改革;提高教师信息技术素养。这些政策措施对我国具有一定的启示及借鉴价值。
During the presidency of Obama,teacher education,as the most important part of educational reform,had always taken as the center the pursuit of the outstanding quality.During the Obama administration,the Federal Government mainly advanced the important education policies as followings:setting as the goal the improvement of teacher education,setting as the guide the guide practice,setting as prospect innovation,and setting as the strategy education technology. These teacher education policies are characterized as:the comprehensive improvement of the outstanding quality of teacher education,the the establishment of a teacher training model with the practice as the center,the strengthening of the innovation in teaching subjects of STEM,the coordination of the teacher education reform with a leverage of economy,and the improvement of teachers' attainments of information technology literacy.These policies provide our country with some enlightenments and values for reference.
