日本小学劳动教育:形式、特点及启示
Labor Education in Japanese Primary Schools:Forms,Features and Enlightenment

摘要(Abstract):

劳动教育对学生人格养成具有重要作用。日本小学劳动教育大致可分为自我服务性劳动教育、家务劳动教育、公益劳动教育和简单生产劳动教育四种形式。其特点表现为:注重培养学生独立生活与自我管理能力;注重男女共育下的知识教学与实操相结合;强调地域合作下的道德教育和活动教育并举;强调生产活动与产业学习并重。在借鉴日本小学劳动教育经验的基础上,我国小学可在已有的教育体系中渗透全方位劳动教育、重视多样化劳动体验、注重系统劳动知识学习、强化"家校社"协同共育。
Labor education plays an important role in developing students' personality.Japanese primary labor education can be roughly divided into four forms:self-service labor education,household labor education,public welfare labor education and simple production labor education. Its characteristics are as follows:focusing on cultivating students' independent living and self-management ability;paying attention to the combination of knowledge teaching and practical operation under the co-education of boys and girls;emphasizing the simultaneous development of moral education and activity education under regional cooperation;and emphasizing the equal emphasis on production activities and industrial learning.Based on the experience of labor education in Japanese primary schools,our primary schools can infiltrate all-round labor education in the existing education system,attach importance to diversified labor experience,pay attention to the study of systematic labor knowledge,and strengthen the co-education of "home-school-community".
