英国教师主导型反思行动计划模式及其启示

摘要(Abstract):

由于受到试验性项目和学校改进运动的双重影响 ,英国提出教师主导型反思行动计划模式 ,旨在为学校改进而建立学校———大学的合作伙伴关系 ,并促进教师专业发展。
Because of the influence of the Pilot Project and the School Improvement Project,the Reflective Action Planning Model was put forward in Britain,with the aims of building School University Relation for school improvement and stimulating teacher professional development.
