中英数学教师交流对英国实施数学课程产生的影响

摘要(Abstract):

由英国政府发起和资助的中英数学教师交流项目,自2014年实施以来,每年互派中小学教师深入学校课堂交流学习,引起了两国乃至全世界的广泛关注。综合多年以来的评估报告以及相关资料发现,中英数学教师交流在三个方面对英国数学课程的实施产生了重要的影响:教师的知识、信念和实践,教材的开发和投入,教师专业发展的政策。
The Mathematics Teacher Exchange Programme between UK-China funded by British government has been carried out since 2014. Through the programme,many primary and secondary teachers from both countries visited and observed each other schools and exchanged what you have learned every year. It has drawn educators' and policy makers' attention nationally and internationally. Based on the analysis and synthesis of independent evaluation reports and relevant documents,it was found that the programme has three significant impacts on the implementation of mathematics curriculum in UK. These include teachers' knowledge,belief and practice,textbook development and investment,and teacher professional development policy.
