国际视域下中小学教师教育实践指导能力构成探究
A Probe into the Composition of Primary and Secondary School Teachers' Mentoring Ability from International Perspective

摘要(Abstract):

教育实践是职前教师培养的关键环节。在实践过程中,中小学指导教师至关重要,是引领职前教师进入教师实践共同体的关键人物。但现实中,中小学教育实践指导教师并未完全掌握如何引导新成员从"合法的边缘性参与"到融入实践共同体中的具体方法,其指导也多停留在非系统的、基于个体教育经验的层面。基于实践共同体理论,从"应知"和"应会"两个方面探究中小学教师教育实践指导能力的构成,有助于同时实现教师个人发展和共同体组织建设,提高职前教师的教育实践质量,实现教师实践共同体的再生产。
Educational practice is a crucial part of preservice teacher education. During the process,the mentor teachers play significant roles in guiding student teachers into teachers' community of practice. In the real world,however,a lot of mentor teachers do not know how to lead student teachers from a legitimate peripheral participation to the center of community resulting in that the mentoring are non-systematic and personal experience oriented. Based on the practice community theory,the study on the mentoring ability of mentor teachers which includes what they should know and what they should do would be helpful for achieving both the promotion of teachers' personal development as well as the community construction,and the improvement of student teachers' educational practice quality,even the realization of teachers' practice community reproduction.
