加拿大如何弥合教育理论与实践的鸿沟——基于知识动员的理论与实践探索
How Can Canada Bridge the Gap between Educational Theory and Practice——Based on the Theory and Practice of Knowledge Mobilization

摘要(Abstract):

实现人文社会科学研究在促进国家经济增长、提升国家竞争力上的作用是加拿大提出"知识动员"的根本目的。教育知识动员利用中介组织在知识生产者和使用者之间建立起多层次的多向联结网络,在适应教育知识生产—实践的多重背景下,实现教育知识的价值延伸。在政府部门支持下,加拿大知识动员借助新媒体技术,建立起知识中介和专业学习共同体以加强教育理论研究者和教师之间的联系,促进了教育理论与实践的联结与转化,成为解决教育理论与实践脱节问题的"良方"。
The fundamental purpose of the Canadian government's proposal of "knowledge mobilization" is to promote national economic growth and enhance national competitiveness through the social sciences and humanities research. The educational knowledge mobilization builds up multi-level and multi-directional networks between knowledge producers and users through knowledge intermediary organization, aiming to increase the value of educational theories and beyond. With the support of government, the knowledge mobilization in Canada helps to establish knowledge brokers and professional learning communities to strengthen the connection between educational researchers and teachers, and to promote the connection and transformation between educational theory and practice. This strategy was then considered as the best solution to bridges the gap between educational theory and practice.
