教师合作对学生学业成就的影响——基于46篇文献的元分析

摘要(Abstract):

在全球范围内,教师合作逐渐成为促进教师专业发展、改进学生学业和提升学校效能的重要途径。基于46篇量化研究文献,首先,运用元分析方法估计教师合作对学生学业成就影响的综合效应,研究证实存在显著的中等偏小水平的效应规模。其次,采用亚组间的固定效应模型,检验了目标文献的研究特征对综合效应的调节效果,研究表明,在客观因素层面,目标文献研究对象的学段和合作形式具有显著的调节效果;在主观因素层面,研究者统计分析方法选择和教师合作的操作定义界定情况具有显著的调节效果。由此,教育理论研究者应关注教师合作实践影响的差异性,深入推进教师合作实证研究;教育管理者要从教师合作素养、合作组织和合作过程入手,立足培养、监控和评价实践,构建科学的政策、制度保障体系,以促进教师合作实践的有效生发与持续改进。
Teacher collaboration has gradually become an important way to promote teacher professional development,improve students' academic performance and enhance school effectiveness in all over the world.Based on 46 quantitative research literature,firstly,the meta-analysis method was used to estimate the comprehensive effect size of teacher collaboration on students' academic achievement,and the study confirmed that there was a significant effect scale of medium to small level.Secondly,the moderating effect of the research characteristics of the target literature on the comprehensive effect was tested by using the fixed effect model between subgroup.The research shows that,at the level of objective factors,the learning segment and the form of collaboration of research objects in the target literature have a significant moderating effect.At the level of subjective factors,the choice of statistical analysis method and the operational definition of teacher collaboration by researchers also have significant moderating effect.Finally,it is concluded that educational theorists should pay attention to the differences in the impact of teacher collaboration practice and further promote the empirical study of teacher collaboration.Educational managers should start from the collaboration quality,collaboration organization and collaboration process of teachers,and try to build a scientific policy and system guarantee system based on the training,monitoring and evaluation practice,so as to promote the effective growth and continuous improvement of the collaboration practice of teachers in schools.
