OECD关于发达国家的教师政策分析
An Analysis on OECD's Teacher Policy for the Developed Countries

摘要(Abstract):

以赫茨伯格双因素理论为依据,经济合作与发展组织(OECD)提出,通过将教学变成知识型职业、为教师职业的多样性和多元化提供更多机会、将专业发展贯穿于教师职业生涯全过程、通过评估来认可教师有效的教学工作等策略来提升教师的内在动机,激励教师的工作热情;OECD还提出,通过提高领导力和改善学校氛围、提高教师薪酬的竞争力、适度使用外在奖励、改善工作条件等策略来保持教师的内在动机和工作热情。
Based on Herzberg's Two-Factor Theory,OECD proposes the policy to improve teachers' intrinsic motivation and enthusiasm for work.The policy includes making teaching a knowledge-enriched job,providing more opportunities for career variety and diversification,integrating professional development throughout the career,and evaluating and recognizing effective teaching.In order to maintain teachers' intrinsic motivation and enthusiasm,OECD also presents the following policies:improving leadership and school climate,improving teaching's salary competitiveness,rewarding teachers,and improving work conditions as well.
