新加坡天才教育的现状及特色

摘要(Abstract):

20世纪70年代以来,新加坡的经济能够保持迅猛发展势头,关键在于该国对教育尤其是天才教育的重视。总体上看,新加坡的天才教育突出强调了对学生态度、意志、情感和道德等方面的教育与培养。同时,新加坡在天才儿童的定义与鉴别、教育安置、教师选拔与培训、教育政策与法规的制订等具体措施方面也形成了比较系统的经验。
Since the 1970s,the reason of Singapore's economy maintaining rapid develop-ment is that the country has attached great importance to the education, especially to giftedand talented education. From a general view,its gifted and talented education highlights thecultivation of students' attitude,willpower,emotion and morality. To be specific,in termsof definitions and identifications of gifted and talented children,educational placement ofconcrete measures, teacher selection and training and formulating educational policies andregulations, Singapore has formed a more systematic experience.
