日本基础教育的现实困境、改革方向与质量保证体系建构
The Current Puzzledom,Reform Orientation and the Construction of Quality Assurance System of Basic Education in Japan

摘要(Abstract):

各种教育调查表明,日本现行学习指导要领实施5年来,很多教育目标没有得到充分实现,并严重困扰着日本的基础教育。为走出教育困境,日本政府以促进学生发展、改善教育内容、调整课程结构为改革基本方向,并构建了一个从教育目标具体化到教育结果评价与反馈的质量保证体系,来确保基础教育改革的顺利进行与教育质量的持续提高。
All kinds of educational investigations indicate that many educational goals have not been sufficiently realized and the development of the basic education has been greatly influenced since the Japanese current educational guidance for instruction has been carried out for five years. In order to change the situation,Japanese government regards promoting students’ development,improving educational content and adjusting the curriculum structure as the reform orientation. At the same time,the Japanese government builds a quality assurance system containing the promotion on the concrete application of education goal,and the assessment and feedback of education result,so as to guarantee the basic education reform to be smoothly implemented and the education quality to be continually enhanced.
