荷兰如何培养卓越人才——荷兰高校荣誉教育探究

摘要(Abstract):

荷兰高校荣誉教育是专为动机强烈、有天赋的优秀学生设计的更具挑战性的特色项目,旨在促进荷兰卓越人才的培养;是近年来荷兰高等教育在传统的平等主义理念下关注卓越,在大众化且平等的体系中寻求精英教育的体现,是荷兰政府专项资助项目的显性结果。荷兰高校荣誉教育发展迅速且颇具特色,项目类型涵盖本硕阶段、统筹专业纵深和跨学科拓展,明确定位培养方向,科学合理制定选拔方式,因地制宜系统设置多样化课程,贯彻以挑战、自由和支持为核心的教学策略。为我国完善高校拔尖人才培养体系,既要用发展的视角定义卓越,系统设计培养过程,注重平衡学生发展需求和社会需求之间的张力,还要重视卓越教师培养,鼓励教学创新。
Honors education in Dutch higher education is a challenging program designed for motived and gifted students to cultivate excellence talents. The development of honors education is the result of the focus on excellence in Dutch higher education in recent years and the special funding project of the Dutch government. Although the Netherlands began to develop honors education recently,it has developed very rapidly and now has its own characteristics in programs types,curriculum and teaching strategies,etc. Based on the above analysis,in order to improve the cultivation of top-notch talents in China,we should define excellence and design the training process systematically,pay attention to balance the tension between individual needs and social needs,attach importance to the training of excellent teachers,and encourage teaching innovation.
