美国熟练教师表现性评价及其启示——以加利福尼亚州为例
The Performance Appraisal of Experienced Teacher in America and its Inspiration——Taking California as the Example

摘要(Abstract):

促进教师专业发展是当前美国教师评价改革的方向,加利福尼亚州提出的熟练教师表现性评价便是这一改革的重要体现。其标准包括责任心和贡献、知识和技能、专业实践、团队合作以及专业发展五个方面的内容。其实施程序包括观察前会议、课堂观察、观察后会议、总结性评价和附加评价。该评价目标明确,标准详细,过程完整,并允许教师全程参与。
Improving teachers' professional development is the direction of teacher evaluation reform in America,performance appraisal of experienced teacher which is proposed by California is an important reflection in the reform.Its standards consist of five aspects that are responsibility and contribution,knowledge and skills,professional practice,cooperation in the group and professional development.Its procedures include pre-observation meeting,classroom observation,after-observation meeting,summative appraisal and additional appraisal.This evaluation has clear objectives,detailed standards and integral implementation procedures,and also it allows teachers participating in the whole appraisal process.After application,the appraisal has achieved good result.So it has important significance for our teacher evaluation's reform and development.
