转型与突破:国际教师教学思维研究的发展走向

摘要(Abstract):

自20世纪70年代,在认知心理学和教师专业化运动的推动下,教师教学思维研究成为教师研究的重要主题。教师教学思维研究最初关注教师教学思维共性特征的实体思维研究,即研究教师教学计划思维、教学互动思维、教学思维风格等,旨在揭示教师教学思维模式、规律与特点等。后来扩展至研究教师教学反思思维、教学批判思维等关注教师个性化思维的实践思维主题。20世纪末欧洲的教师思维研究仍在继续,但难有突破性进展;北美的教师思维研究却开始式微,面对困境,一些学者开始跳出认知心理学窠臼,转向以生态学为理论基础,探究具体教育教学情境下的教师教学诊断思维与关系思维,这可能是未来教师教学思维研究寻求突破的新方向。
Since the 1970 s,with the development of cognitive psychology and teachers' professionalization movement,the research on teachers' thinking has become an important topic of the researches about teachers. The research of teachers' teaching thinking initially focused on the research of common characteristics of teachers' thinking,such as the study of teachers' teaching planning thinking,teaching interactive thinking,teaching thinking style,etc.,aiming to reveal the models and characteristics of teachers' thinking.Later,it expanded to the practical thinking themes of teachers' personalized thinking,such as teachers' reflective thinking and critical thinking. At the end of the 20 th century,the research on teachers' thinking in Europe continued,but it was difficult to make a breakthrough. However,the research on teachers' thinking in North America began to decline. In the face of difficulties,some scholars began to jump out of the nest of cognitive psychology and turn to the theoretical basis of ecology,to explore the diagnostic thinking and relational thinking of teachers' teaching in specific educational and teaching situations,which may be the future research direction of teachers' thinking.
