教育实习表现性评价的国际实践

摘要(Abstract):

教育实习表现性评价作为评估师范生教学实践能力的重要方式,具有发展主体专业素养和保障教师准入质量的双重功能,在追求教育高质量发展与教师专业化进程的背景下,引发了世界各国的关注与重视。澳大利亚、加拿大(安大略省)、法国、德国等6个国家或地区在教育实习表现性评价的任务、主体、规则以及具体实施四个关键议题上展现出了真实工作嵌入、融合多方声音、搭建精细框架、秉持循证理念的一致性选择。这些理念逻辑与行动策略对优化我国教育实习评价具有一定的启示借鉴意义。
As an important way to evaluate the teaching practice ability of normal students,the performance evaluation of educational practice has the dual functions of developing the subject′s professional quality and ensuring the quality of teachers′ access. Under the background of pursuing the high-quality development of education and the process of teachers′ specialization,it has attracted the attention and attention of all countries in the world. Six countries or regions,including Australia,Canada(Ontario),France and Germany,have demonstrated the consistent choice of real work embedding,integrating multiple voices,building fine frames and upholding evidence-based concept in the four key issues of the task,subject,rules and specific implementation of performance evaluation in education practice.These concept logics and action strategies have certain enlightening significance for optimizing the evaluation of education practice in our country.
