如何构建适合应用型高校的教师评价制度——以美国威廉姆斯学院教师评价制度为个案

摘要(Abstract):

如何构建适合应用型高校的教师评价制度,是我国深化高校教师考核评价制度改革的主要难题。美国注重对各类高校教师进行分类评价,具有完善的教师评价制度,以适合不同类型高校的教师评价。其应用型高校教师评价制度注重"以教学为中心"、"以应用型人才培养为总目标",在高校教师评价的内容准则上注重达成"教学评价、科研评价、服务评价"的"实效性""、操作性""、便捷性"。较具代表性的威廉姆斯学院的教师评价制度在评价系统建构的目的、内容向度、评价程序、评价方式及组织制度保障等方面体现了教师评价的"有效性"和"便捷性",对于我国应用型高校如何根据应用型高校的定位、基于评价证据,促进教师效能的提升,建构适合的教师评价系统等,具有直接的借鉴价值。
How to construct a teacher evaluation system suitable for application-oriented universities is an important issue and difficult problem for China to deepen the reform of university teacher evaluation system. The United States pays attention to the classification and evaluation of teachers of various universities and has a complete teacher evaluation system to suit the teacher evaluation of different types of universities. The American application-oriented university teacher evaluation system focuses on "teaching as the center" and"application-oriented talent training as the overall goal",and focuses on achieving the "effectiveness of teaching evaluation,scientific research evaluation,and service evaluation" in the content criteria of university teacher evaluation ","operability","convenience". The American Williams College is typical in constructing a teacher evaluation system suitable for application-oriented universities. Its teacher evaluation system reflects the teacher evaluation in the purpose of the evaluation system construction,content dimension,evaluation procedure,evaluation method and organizational system guarantee The "effectiveness" and"convenience" of the application-oriented universities in our country have direct enlightenment and reference value for how to promote the efficiency of teachers based on the evaluation evidence,and construct a fair and appropriate teacher evaluation system for our application-oriented universities.
