中日韩三国“哑巴英语”教育状况的因素分析

摘要(Abstract):

中、日、韩三国英语教育中都普遍存在着"哑巴英语"问题。通过对各种因素的分析可以看到,其中既有国家母语强势影响与强调外语重要的问题,又有东方民族个性特征与外语语言表达的问题,还有各种环境条件与外语教育的问题。由此可见,中、日、韩三国的国家特性决定了各国母语的强势地位,并且未来也没有改变的可能,虽然对于作为外语的英语教育,中、日、韩三国的趋势还是会越来越重视,但是其重视的程度会随国家以及国际发展的状况而有所变化;要改变学校"哑巴英语"的教育状况十分困难,有很多制约因素,但学校教育还是可以有所作为的。
The problem of English teaching faced in China,Japan and Korea is that the students learn English for many years but they can not use it in speaking.We use the factors analysis method to explain that this problem is come from many factors such as strong position of mainstream language,foreign language education policy,individual personality and foreign language expression pattern of eastern nationality,language background and situation,foreign language teaching method,etc..Therefore,the national characteristic decides the strong position of mother language in China,Japan and Korea,and there is few change in the future,although the three countries will pay more and more attention to the English education,but the degree of attention may change according to the national and international development situation.Because of many constrains,it is still difficult to resolve this problem,but schools can do a lot to change some situations.
