土耳其教师教育的高等教育化与大学化转型
The Transformation of Teacher Education into Higher Education Level and its Universitization in Turkey

摘要(Abstract):

自20世纪70年代开始,土耳其在高等教育发展水平还不高的情况下就陆续实施一系列教师教育改革,实现了教师教育的高等教育化与大学化。从这些改革的背景与过程来看,可以发现有三个主要特征:一是教师教育发展的优先性;二是教师教育改革的动态性;三是教师教育改革的权力强迫性。
Since the 1970s,Turkey has carried out a series of reforms about teacher education at the lower level of development in higher education,which help teacher education realize its implementation in higher education institutes and realize its universitization. Three main features can been found out from the backgrounds and processes of those teacher education reforms as follows: the development of teacher education has the priority,the reforms of teacher education is dynamic,and the driver of reforms of teacher education is power-coercive.
