美国临床实践取向教师教育改革:AACTE的立场与主张

摘要(Abstract):

美国教师教育正发生着“范式”转型,由教师教育大学化时期形成的以高校为主要基地和注重教育理论先导地位的模式,转向当今的以中小学为主要基地、实践优先的模式。美国教师教育院校协会(AACTE)作为美国以大学教育学院为主体的教师培养机构的协作组织,代表了传统的教师培养专业群体的立场和声音。AACTE于2018年发表了《转向临床实践》,界定了有关临床实践取向教师教育的框架和术语,在提出五大核心主张的基础上,进一步从教学法、教学技能、合作伙伴关系、基础设施、发展、赋权、互利、共同语言、知识专长九个方面阐述了自己的立场和主张。与将学生的学业成绩直接作为教师培养目标的狭隘做法相比,AACTE的立场和主张更富远见,也更具有专业性,其注重教育理论的立场和主张也是值得称道的。
Teacher Education in the United States is undergoing a "paradigm" transformation from the model of universities-based and focusing on the leading position of educational theory,which formed in the period of teacher education universalization,to the school-based model and giving priority to practice. The American Association of Teacher Education Colleges(AACTE),which is a collaborative organization of teacher preparation institutions with University-based teacher education in the United States,represents the position and voice of professional groups in teacher preparation. In 2018,AACTE published the report "A Pivot Toward Clinical Practice,Its Lexicon,and the Renewal of Educator Preparation: A Report of the AACTE Clinical Practice Commission",which defines the framework and terminology of clinical practice-based teacher education. On the basis of putting forward five central proclamation,AACTE further expounds its own position and proclamations from nine aspects: pedagogy,skills,partnership,infrastructure,development,empowerment,mutual benefit,common language and expertise. Compared with the narrow practice of regarding students' academic performance as the teacher's preparation goal,AACTE's position and proclamations are more farsighted and professional,and its position and proclamations of focusing on educational theory are also commendable.
