摘要(Abstract):

随着近年来国外新入职教师流失率的上升,教师动机已日益引起研究者的关注,成为教学与教师研究的一个新兴议题。就其现状而言,教师动机研究基于经典的动机理论,其研究内容主要包括四个方面:教师动机的影响因素、教师动机与学生学习动机的关系、教师动机与教师教学实践的关系,以及不同学科背景下的教师动机。教师动机研究为师资队伍建设、教师专业发展带来了启示,其研究内容、研究方法与研究对象亦有待完善。
Recently,the high teacher attrition rate reported in western countries has attract-ed researchers' attention into research on teacher motivation,and it has become a new issueof research on teaching and teachers. Current studies on teacher motivation are based onclassic theories of motivation,and the research areas of teacher motivation could be classi-fied into four categories as follows:factors influencing teacher motivation,relationship be-tween teacher motivation and student motivation,teacher motivation and teaching practice, and teacher motivation research across different disciplines. Although teacher motivation re-search brings enlightenment for the construction of teaching staff and teacher professionaldevelopment,much needs to be improved in terms of the research content,methodology, and research objects.
