促进教育均衡发展的另一种力量:非政府教育组织——以英国“以教为先”为例
Non-governmental Organizations as the Force to Promote the Balanced Development of Education——Taking "Teach First" in the UK as an Example

摘要(Abstract):

随着全球化时代人们对质量与公平的追求,以及受到全民教育理念的影响,非政府组织在促进教育均衡和社会公平方面发挥的作用越来越大。英国的"以教为先"(Teach First)便是在此理念影响下成立的一个独立的慈善性质的教育组织,它的目标是通过招募优秀的毕业生到薄弱学校进行"支教",来改变经济社会背景较差群体的教育劣势(Educational Disadvantage),为我们提高教育质量、促进教育均衡提供了帮助和借鉴。
With people's pursuit to quality and equity in the globalization era,as well as the impact of EFA,NGOs play an important role in promoting balanced development of education and social equity. Teach First,which is an independent charitable organization in the UK established under this kind of concept,aiming at recruiting the best graduates to teach in schools at challenging circumstance,and change the educational disadvantage for students caused by their poor economic and social background,which can provide some reference for improving educational quality and promoting balanced development of education in China.
