摘要(Abstract):

教师间的合作专业发展是实现教师专业化发展的重要资源和途径。文章对教师间合作专业发展的内涵、意义、前提条件和实施途径进行了阐述和分析。
Cooperative professional development among school teachers is not only an important resources but also a model of teacher professional development. The connotation,significance,premise conditions and implementation methods of cooperative professional development among school teachers are analyzed.
