荷兰融合教育的成效、问题及启示
The Effect,Problems and Inspiration of Inclusive Education in the Netherland

摘要(Abstract):

荷兰政府通过主导推进模式,利用教育政策和立法促进了融合教育的发展。但传统文化对融合理念的羁绊、合作联盟不能有效开展、教师的消极态度和融合教育经验不足、特殊教育需要儿童的社会参与度低以及家长力量弱小等仍是其融合教育进一步发展亟待解决的问题。荷兰的经验促使我国着力从推进融合理念、建立普特合作联盟、改变教师态度和提升专业化水平、加强家长力量四个方面来推动融合教育的发展。
The inclusive education in the Netherland has been sponsored and promoted by government in leading propulsion mode through policies and legislation.But the problems such as the constraint from the traditional culture,insufficient cooperation between the regular and special education,teachers' passive attitude and lack of experiences,the low participation of the students with special education needs and weak guardian force still hinder the development of the inclusive education.So we try to promote the inclusive education in China from such aspects as follows:promoting inclusive concept,establishing collaborative association between the regular and special education,changing teachers' attitude and improving their professional level,and strengthening the guardian force.
