国外教师情感劳动研究的进展与启示

摘要(Abstract):

情感劳动与教师的身心健康、专业发展和职业生涯息息相关,也影响教育目标的实现。通过对SSCI数据库中201篇文献的计量分析和内容综述,发现国外教师情感劳动研究呈现持续升温的趋势,受到多个国家的学者、期刊的关注,研究内容涉及教师情感劳动的内涵与特征、一般机制、影响因素、结果与优化措施四个方面。这些研究进展带给我国的启示是:立足教育学的学科视野,统整教师情感劳动的理论体系;加大研究力度,持续深化教师情感劳动的本土研究;融合多学科理论与研究方法,把握教师情感劳动的复杂特性。
Emotional labor is closely related to teachers' physical and mental health,professional development,and career,and also affects the realization of education and teaching goals. This study analyzed 201 studies in SSCI database thorough bibliometrics analysis and content analysis methods. We found that in recent years,there is an increasing interest in teacher emotional labor. Scholars from different countries have achieved much production in the connotation,characteristics,mechanisms,influencing factors,results,and optimization measure of teachers' emotional labor research. This review provides enlightenment for future research China. Firstly,we should unify the theoretical system of teacher emotional labor based on pedagogy. Secondly,it is essential to pay attention to and deepen the localized research on teacher emotional labor study. Finally,only integrate multidisciplinary theories and research methods,we can grasp the complex characteristics of teacher emotional labor.
