德国国家教师资格证考试中表现性评价研究

摘要(Abstract):

德国国家教师资格证考试除了传统的笔试之外,还采用科研论文、口试、课堂教学实践、校长评价等表现性评价方式,且其每一种评价方式都具有明确的目标、具体可操作的实施过程及规范要求。其表现性评价的特点主要体现在以下方面:采用多种评价方式,评价不同层面的教师素养;不同阶段采用不同评价方式,循序渐进地实现评价目标;评价内容多维度,评价标准相对统一;通过一系列法律政策,保障评价本身有效、客观、公正。
Besides the traditional written examination,papers,oral,teaching practice and headmaster evaluation are also adopted to assess performance in German state examination for teaching certificate,and each assessment method has its specific goal,operational procedures and norms. The characteristics of performance assessment are as follows:evaluating teachers' attainments of different aspects by various methods;achieving the evaluation objectives by using different assessment methods in accordance with each stage step by step;evaluating through multi-dimensional contents and relatively uniform standards;ensuring the evaluation effective,objective and impartial through a series of legal policies.
