美国加州教师表现性评价方案及其启示
The Performance Assessment Scheme for California Teachers in America and its Inspiration

摘要(Abstract):

加州教师表现性评价(PACT)方案由美国加州教师教育机构联合体基于教学表现期望标准开发,由嵌入式评价和教学事件评价两部分构成。除了完成嵌入课程中的表现性任务之外,教师候选人还要计划和实施一个单元的教学,对学生的学习以及自己的教学进行分析与反思,并将有关证据收集起来制作成长记录袋,作为初级教师资格认定的主要依据。PACT方案把表现性评价当作初级教师资格认定的必要条件,提高了评价的真实性和预测效度。
Performance Assessment for California Teachers(PACT) was developed by a consortium of some teacher preparation programs in state of California based on the criteria of teaching performance expectation.It consists of Embedded Signature Assessments and Teaching Event Assessments.In addition to completing several embedded performance task,candidates who want to earn a California Preliminary Multiple Subject or Single Subject Teaching Credential must plan and teach a learning segment,analyze and reflect on their students' learning and their teaching behaviors,and develop a teaching portfolio.The scheme of PACT regards performance assessment as the necessary condition for preliminary teaching credential,so this kind of design improves authenticity and predictive validity of assessment effectively.
