加拿大布鲁克大学“4+2教师教育项目”的内部质量保障体系研究

摘要(Abstract):

布鲁克大学"4+2教师教育项目"的内部质量保障体系主要通过入学筛选、过程监管、动态且长效的全程质量审核等环节得以实现。入学筛选以四道"门槛"设置准入要求,保障生源质量;过程监管则基于来自学校层面的多部门合作与学院层面实施的师范生具体行为准则得以实现;全程质量审核主要以IQAP建立动态的长效审核机制实现对该项目的"入口"、"过程"、"出口"的监管。其内部质量保障体系具有以下特点:分层合作,制度保障;重实践,强合作;强调高入学标准,更重全程监管。
The internal quality assurance system of the "4 + 2 Teacher Education Pro-gram" at Brock University is mainly achieved through admission screening,process supervi-sion,dynamic and long-term whole process quality audit. The admission screening sets theaccess requirements with "Four thresholds" to guarantee the quality of students;the processsupervision is based on the multi-department cooperation from the school level and the spe-cific codes of conduct of normal students implemented from the department level;the wholeprocess quality audit supervises the "entrance", "process" and "delivery" of the projectmainly through establishing a dynamic and long-term efficient audit mechanism withIQAP. The internal quality assurance system of the project has the characteristics of hierar-chical cooperation,system guarantee,practice oriented,cooperation enhancement,high ad-mission criteria and whole process supervision emphasis.
